This page explains what data is (and is not) collected when you use forsuccess.today, how that data is used, and how your privacy is protected.

1. Overview

ForSuccess is operated by [YOUR FULL NAME], an individual developer based in Yerevan, Armenia. The site is designed as a simple, browser‑based collection of tools. Most calculators run entirely in your browser and do not require you to create an account or send personal data to our servers.

  • No account is required to use the public tools.
  • Calculator inputs are processed in your browser wherever possible.
  • Limited analytics may be used to understand overall usage and improve the site.

2. Data you actively provide

In most tools you enter numbers or text (for example: weight, height, time spent, income, goals). This data is used only to calculate the result that you see on the page.

  • Inputs are kept in your browser session and are not stored on the server, unless explicitly stated inside a tool.
  • If a specific tool needs to store results (for example, inside the Success Dashboard), it will state this clearly and ask for your consent or sign‑in.
  • Do not enter sensitive personal information such as full medical histories, passwords, or government IDs into the tools.

3. Cookies and local storage

ForSuccess uses small pieces of data in your browser to remember preferences and improve your experience.

  • Theme & language: your dark/light theme and preferred language are stored using localStorage so that the site can open with your last choice.
  • Calculator convenience: some tools may store your last used units (for example, metric vs imperial) so you do not have to switch every time.
  • Google Analytics 4: we use Google Analytics 4 with Advanced Consent Mode. Analytics cookies fire only after you have given consent; no tracking occurs before consent.
  • No marketing or advertising cookies are set by forsuccess.today itself.

4. Analytics

Anonymous analytics may be used to understand how the site is used — for example, which tools are most popular or which pages are hard to find.

  • Analytics are focused on aggregate behavior (page views, clicks) rather than tracking individual users.
  • If a third‑party analytics service is used, it is configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information where possible.
  • No data from analytics is sold to third parties.

5. Success Dashboard and logged‑in features

Some features, such as the Success Dashboard, may require sign‑in so that you can save your results across devices.

  • When you sign in, basic account data (such as email address and a unique user ID) is stored securely with the authentication provider.
  • Saved calculator results are linked to your account so they can be shown in the dashboard.
  • You can request that your saved data be deleted by contacting the site owner at the email address below.
  • Login: You can sign in with your Google account when you want to save calculator results. Signing in is optional; all tools work without an account.
  • Calculator result saving: When you choose to save a result, we ask you to confirm you have read this Privacy Policy. Only then are your results saved and linked to your account for display in the dashboard.

6. Payment processing

ForSuccess uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Paddle collects and processes payment information (including credit card and billing details) directly; we do not store or have access to your payment card data.

  • We share your email address with Paddle to facilitate your purchase and subscription management.

7. Third‑party services

ForSuccess may link to or integrate with third‑party services (for example, payment providers, analytics, or external articles).

  • Each third‑party service has its own privacy policy; please review those policies when you use those services.
  • Where possible, integrations are configured to minimize the amount of personal data shared.

8. AI Data Processing & Privacy

Premium features that generate personalized health and wealth plans send the inputs you provide (which may include age, weight, height, income, debt, goals, and similar fields) from our systems to Google’s Gemini API for processing. Google processes this data as a processor under our instructions to return generated text; it does not change the fact that you should only provide information you are comfortable sharing under this Policy.

  • We use the Gemini API paid service. Under Google’s applicable terms for that service, your prompts and related content are not used to train or improve Google’s general-purpose models, which offers stronger privacy assurances than many consumer or free AI products. Please review Google’s current Gemini API documentation and privacy materials for any updates.
  • Plan generation involves automated processing (including techniques described under the EU AI Act and GDPR as involving automated decision-making or similar automated analysis). The output is advisory only: it does not execute transactions, medical acts, or financial moves on your behalf, and any implementation requires your own review and action (or that of professionals you engage).
  • Financial and health-related inputs and outputs used to create or regenerate your plans are retained for 60 days on our systems to allow plan regeneration, continuity of service, and customer support, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier deletion in line with your rights below.

9. Your legal rights and data retention

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, you have specific rights under the GDPR. Data is kept only for as long as needed to provide the service and improve the tools.

  • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request deletion of your personal data.
  • Data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine‑readable format.
  • Anonymous analytics data may be stored for trend analysis.
  • Paid AI plans are stored permanently for your use. Basic calculator results are saved to your history by default but can be set to auto-delete in your Account Settings.

10. Technical Security & Data Personalization

The following measures apply to how we use your data to deliver personalized AI plans:

  • Data-Driven Personalization: We analyze your calculator inputs to generate highly accurate and personalized AI plans. This ensures your roadmaps and strategies are tailored to your actual metrics.
  • Permanent Access to Plans: AI-generated plans are a core part of our service and are stored permanently in your dashboard for the duration of your membership.
  • Calculator History Control: By default, your history is saved to track your progress. You may opt-in to "Auto-Delete for Calculations" in your settings if you prefer that your raw input data be removed after 30 days.
