Refund Policy
This page explains our refund terms for digital subscriptions purchased through forsuccess.today.
1. General policy
ForSuccess is operated by an individual developer based in Yerevan, Armenia. We provide instant digital content (subscriptions to premium hubs, calculators, and tools). As a provider of instant digital content, all sales are generally final and non‑refundable. Once you have purchased and accessed the product, we are unable to offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.
2. Consumer right to cancel (EU / EEA / UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is waived once you begin downloading or accessing the product, provided that you gave your prior express consent at checkout to waive this right upon access.
At checkout, you are asked to confirm that you understand that by accessing the digital content immediately, you agree to waive your 14‑day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and accessing the product, you acknowledge that you have given this consent and that the right to cancel no longer applies.
3. Technical defects
If you experience a technical defect that prevents the product from working as described, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We may be able to fix the problem or provide an alternative solution.

- If we are unable to resolve the issue and the product is genuinely defective, we will support your refund request through our payment processor.
4. Refund processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, tax compliance, and all refund processing. If a refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle in accordance with their terms and your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
