3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

  • All payment processing, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Paddle.
  • For billing questions, refund requests, or payment issues, please contact Paddle directly or visit paddle.com.

4. License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non‑transferable, personal, non‑exclusive license to access and use the Site and its tools for your own personal, non‑commercial use.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the tools or any part of the service.
  • You may not share your account or subscription with others.

You acknowledge that these outputs are machine-generated and may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

forsuccess.today acts solely as a facilitator of educational information. Nothing on the Site, and no AI-generated plan or text, constitutes licensed medical, dietary, therapeutic, or financial advice, nor an offer of professional services regulated in your jurisdiction.

Use of the Site and its AI features does not create a doctor–patient relationship, therapist–client relationship, or advisor–client (or similar fiduciary) relationship between you and forsuccess.today or its operator.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
